What is a "transfer to your account is incomplete" error?

When purchasing an asset from a drop (or the market) or transferring an asset to another user, it will be locked until the ownership has transferred on the blockchain.

The new owner will be able to see their new asset, but won't be able to transfer it or sell it in the market until it is unlocked.

You'll see the error "This item's transfer to your account is incomplete. It cannot yet be listed or transferred elsewhere. Please try again later."

There may be delays on this when there is a heavy load on the system (such as right after a drop).
