If you need to change the country associated with your account, here's what you need to do.
If your VeVe account country isn't correct, you can request to have it changed. Please note that in the case of specific country changes, you may be required to provide more information. This is because some of our licensors have restricted the sale of their collectibles to certain countries.
In order to make any change to your account, including a country change, you will need to supply the following:
- An official document (passport, drivers license, residency permit) that includes your photo and your country of residence
- A photo of you holding that document, where your face can clearly be seen
