If you need to change the country associated with your account, here's what you need to do.
If your VeVe account country isn't correct, you can request to have it changed. Please note that in the case of specific country changes, you may be required to provide more information. This is because some of our licensors have restricted the sale of their collectibles to certain countries.
Restricted Country Changes
For these changes, you will need to supply the following:
- An official document (passport, drivers license, residency permit) that includes your photo
- A photo of you holding that document, where your face can clearly be seen
Here are the country changes where this additional information is required:
- Changing your country to China from any other country
- Changing your country from Japan or Mainland China to any other country
