What if I changed my mind after purchasing gems?
Gems are our in-app consumable, and successful purchases are final. If you've received the gems you purchased, we are unable to offer a refund.
You will be able to convert these gems back into fiat currency or OMI if you wish once this feature becomes available (currently this is scheduled for Q2 2021), and you'll be able to use them in the market or to purchase collectibles during future drops.
What if I don't receive the gems I purchased?
During busy periods, gem purchases can take a little while to show up in your account. If you've waited 12 hours and you don't see the gems in your VeVe account, you can do the following, depending on where you purchased your gems:
- Google Play: Google Play will normally refund a purchase that isn't delivered. If this hasn't happened after 12 hours, we can process this refund for you. You will need to find your Google Play Order ID (in the format GPA.XXXX.XXXX.XXXX.XXXXX) - this should be included in your Google Play payment receipt email. Then you can log a support ticket at https://www.veve.me/technical-support with the details and we'll trigger the refund process for you.
- Apple Pay: Apple don't allow us to process customer refunds, but if you provide receipts we'll be able to credit you with the missing gems, or you can apply for a refund from Apple directly at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
