If you receive a "You already own this item" error when purchasing gems on Android, read on...
A situation can occur when you attempt to purchase gems via Google Play on Android where you receive the message "You already own this item." This appears to happen when you purchase a gem amount that is the same as a previous gem purchase amount.
To resolve this situation:
- Long press on your VeVe app from the home screen.
- Select App info > Data usage (or "Storage" on Samsung) > Clear cache and data.
- Attempt your purchase again.
If you are still encountering this issue, simply uninstall the app. Clear your play store cache, and reinstall the app.
